Meet Kimberly Courtney, Physical Therapist
Kimberly Courtney’s journey to becoming a physical therapist is a closely personal one. While obtaining her B.S. in Combined Sciences from Santa Clara University, Kimberly was a member of her school’s Division I collegiate volleyball team which developed her passion for sports, but ultimately lead to multiple orthopedic surgeries and extensive recovery.
After college, Kimberly’s interest grew further following the progressive neurological diagnosis of her father which motivated her to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University. Kim completed her residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center where she specialized in treating orthopedic and neurologic disorders.
Throughout her experiences, Kimberly has seen first and second hand how the benefits of physical therapy can increase one’s quality of life and that of their loved ones.

Outside the Office
When she is not helping her patients, Kimberly loves spending time hiking in the outdoors and taking her bernedoodle puppy Beau to the beach.
